Je nutn\u00e9 nevrtat se dlouho ve sv\u00e9m smutku, hn\u011bvu nebo strachu. Rozeb\u00edrat donekone\u010dna, co v\u0161echno hrozn\u00e9ho se je\u0161t\u011b m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159ihodit, to n\u00e1s skute\u010dn\u011b zavede pouze do depres\u00ed, \u00fazkosti a v\u011b\u010dn\u00e9 nespokojenosti. Co takhle zahnat nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 p\u0159edstavy a zkusit za v\u0161\u00edm hledat n\u011bco pozitivn\u00edho? Jako pou\u010den\u00ed si m\u016f\u017eeme vz\u00edt pohled do minulosti. Co jsme se natr\u00e1pili kv\u016fli r\u016fzn\u00fdm v\u011bcem a dnes se tomu div\u00edme, proto\u017ee se na n\u011b d\u00edv\u00e1me ji\u017e s nadhledem a vid\u00edme, \u017ee vlastn\u011b byly k n\u011b\u010demu dobr\u00e9 a kolikr\u00e1t p\u0159inesly dobrou zm\u011bnu v \u017eivot\u011b, kter\u00e1 n\u00e1s posunula d\u00e1l.   Sm\u011bjte se i bezd\u016fvodn\u011b M\u00e1me-li starosti, neznamen\u00e1 to, \u017ee mus\u00edme b\u00fdt protivn\u00ed a v jednom kuse \u0161karohl\u00eddi. Naopak nepodlehnout obav\u00e1m a nau\u010dit se jim sm\u00e1t je to nejmoud\u0159ej\u0161\u00ed a nejzdrav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, co pro sebe m\u016f\u017eeme ud\u011blat. Sm\u00edch dok\u00e1\u017ee bolest fyzickou i du\u0161evn\u00ed zna\u010dn\u011b utlumit.
